It is not very complicated when it comes to food and how we fuel our bodies.

The goal should be to fuel your body with good quality food -not processed- as fresh as possible. This will aid you to feel good when training and refueling after to aid in recovery.
You want to eat 60-90 minutes before training and 0-30 minutes after training.
