Lean gains doesn’t often happened so must be willing to lose a little of your leanest to build some muscle.
- Not eating enough
Might be very basic and repetitive but you need to be in a caloric surplus to gain muscle and strength, meaning putting more in than your expending.
- Not resting enough
You need time for your body to recover and grow , if you keep breaking muscle down without recovery enough will be very hard to gain muscle.
- Not sleeping enough
Sleep as much as possible one of the most anabolic things we can do , without adequate sleep there is no repair and regeneration of muscle to build.
- Not eating enough Carbs
If you want to fast track gaining muscle eat more carbs.
