Who Am I?
I am a highly skilled CrossFit Trainer with a diverse and well-rounded background in human movement, performance enhancement, injury prevention, and rehabilitation. With a deep understanding of the body’s mechanics, I focus on providing a holistic approach to fitness that goes beyond just aesthetic goals. My philosophy centers on optimizing functional strength, mobility, and overall health, ensuring clients not only achieve their desired results but also maintain long-term wellness and pain-free living.
Passionate about empowering others, I help clients live life to its fullest, fittest and healthiest, while eliminating the risk of injury and promoting sustainable fitness habits. My coaching is tailored to meet individual needs, whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned athlete, with a focus on building a strong foundation and progressively improving performance.
I hold certifications in CrossFit (Level 2), CrossFit Weightlifting, CrossFit Kids, Australian Strength and Conditioning (Level 1), and Precision Nutrition (Level 1). With experience coaching on three continents, I bring a wealth of knowledge and practical experience to help clients reach their fitness goals, no matter their starting point or challenges.
